WestlandUtrecht Bank: Redesign reflecting the new product focus and self service proposition
Briefing: WestlandUtrecht Bank transfers it’s commercial activities to sister company Nationale Nederlanden. Redesign the site and change it from a sales to a (self) service channel.
Methods: User research, organisation research, concepting, interaction design.
Solution: A clean new site that services existing customers with information and mutation facilities.
Results: The site has just launched (late 2013). First reactions from customers are very positive.
