Allianz: Redesign for the Dutch site of this international insurance company

Briefing: Redesign the corporate site and match it with Allianz' international styleguide. Retain the 'independent agent' business model and focus on conversion towards an appointment with an agent.
Methods: User research, organisation research, concepting, interaction design.
Solution: Not the product, but it’s value for the end user. From there we start the customer journey.
Results: Since the launch of the new site, the number of online leads increased significantly.

    In the research phase I decided to plot the most important user motivations on Allianz' rather fragmented online ecosystem. It helped to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey.

    Wireframe for the company pension landing page. Here we focus primarily on employees and secondary on employers and financial agents.

    Wireframe for the homepage. Instead of a product approach, we appeal to the life value of the product: ‘I want to buy my dream house’, ‘I still want to enjoy life when I’m retired’ etc. To build trust the site contains snippets of Allianz’ deep knowledge in the insurance domain.
